The plot of the video game is largely based on the film, albeit liberties are taken occasionally. King Neptune's crown has been stolen by Plankton, and SpongeBob and Patrick must retrieve it from Shell City and save Bikini Bottom.

GBA: Rugrats Go Wild!
When the Rugrats set sail on the trip of a lifetime but end up on Island Uninhabited, there's only one family that can help them out: the Wild Thornberrys. Based on the upcoming Rugrats Go Wild feature film, this thrilling adventure has the babies trekking treacherous rainforest paths, taking on bug-eating plants, and staring down dangerous animals while solving "wild" puzzles to salvage their family vacation.
GBA: Rugrats I Gotta Go Party
The game's storyline centers on Tommy Pickles playing a game of hide and seek with his brother, Dil, Angelica Pickles, and his friends, Chuckie Finster, Phil and Lil DeVille, and Kimi Finster.
The player helps Tommy find the characters and unlock mini party games for each Rugrat. The player receives a cookie after getting a satisfactory score. The game takes one cookie away if the player does not obtain a satisfactory score. The mini games range from bouncing bones, catching cookies and slide puzzles. Upon winning, the player gets a ranking. The better the player performs, the better the ranking is, with the ultimate title being "Top Toddler."

The story revolves around the Rugrats, who must retrieve their toys from Angelica after she steals them, imagining herself to be queen of a newly constructed playground set.

GBA: Rugrats All Grown Up! Express Yourself
All Grown Up: Express Yourself is a video game for the Game Boy Advance, developed by Altron and published by THQ. Released in 2004, the plot involves Angelica completing an assignment for the school newspaper. The game is a compilation of mini-games that are linked by a series of eight missions. There is a PDA mode with a To Do list that collects events and places for each day.

GBA: Nicktoons - Freeze Frame Frenzy
Characters from many Nickelodeon worlds have been misplaced into each other's worlds. Jimmy Neutron's mission is to fix the situation. He sends out Danny Phantom, Arnold Shortman, SpongeBob SquarePants, Tommy Pickles, Otto Rocket, and Timmy Turner to take photos of the misplaced characters with his new invention, the "Neutrino-Cam 4000", a camera that also functions as a teleporter, which will send them back to their own worlds.

Danny, Sam, and Tucker are preparing to have a movie night when what seems to be an earthquake suddenly shakes Fenton Works and Undergrowth suddenly appears. Danny Goes Ghost but is unable to defeat Undergrowth. Danny then decides to go into the Ghost Zone and search for a way to defeat Undergrowth there. In the Ghost Zone, he meets Frostbite, who teaches Danny how to use his ice powers.
When Danny returns from the Ghost Zone, Tucker runs into the Fenton Works' Lab in a panic and tells Danny that Sam has been taken away by Undergrowth in order to turn her into his "plant girl". Danny then fights and defeats a plant-clone of Sam and then carries the real Sam back to safety. After the fight, Sam reveals she found what seems to be the core of Undergrowth.
Before anything else can happen, Danny suggests keeping the core for safe-keeping in Walker's Prison. Sam and Tucker decide to accompany Danny in the Fenton Flyer (remade Specter Speeder).
Upon reaching Walker's Prison, inmates of the prison bump into Danny and steal the core. Walker appears and "bargains" with Danny to have him capture the escaped inmates for him. During the fight in the prison, the Lunch Lady Ghost and Technus manage to escape.
After battling Youngblood's pirate ship, Danny, Sam, and Tucker head back to Amity Park. When they return, Danny is zapped into the Internet by Technus and then must battle three of Technus' forms.
Danny manages to escape the Internet and winds up at Casper High. Sam finds him and reveals that the Lunch Lady Ghost has turned Tucker into the Meat Monster.
Danny's troubles aren't over after defeating Tucker, however, for the Lunch Lady Ghost and Undergrowth have teamed up to create Meat-N-Potatoes. Danny must then defeat all three ghosts to finally save Amity Park and enjoy a movie night with his friends.
