GBA: The Powerpuff Girls Mojo JoJo A-Go-Go
Mojo Jojo-A-Go-Go is a videogame of the Powerpuff Girls. It was released in 2001 for the Game Boy Advance, developed by Sennari Interactive and published by Entertainment BAM! Entertainment. It centers around the Girls trying to stop Mojo Jojo from stealing Chemical X after he invents a giant army of Mo-Bots.
GBA: Naruto - Ninja Council 2
This game loosely follows the second through third seasons of the anime, but with some minor differences, such as repeated fights against Dosu Kinuta, Zaku Abumi, Kabuto Yakushi, and Orochimaru, as well as areas that did not appear in the anime. It also features a two-player co-op mode using the link cable, and a four-player battle mode. However, while the first game had voice samples from the cast (carried over from Clash of Ninja), this game does not. The sprites in this game, while not only different from Ninja Council, would become mainstays for this series.
GBA: Naruto - Ninja Council
Naruto: Ninja Council (known as Naruto: Ninjutsu Zenkai! Saikyō Ninja Daikesshū (NARUTOナルト 忍術全開! 最強忍者大結集, "Naruto: Full Throttle Ninjutsu! Great Council of the Strongest Ninja") in Japan) is the first installment in the Ninja Council series. It is an action game for the Game Boy Advance. There are scrolls that the character can obtain to perform abilities at the cost of Chakra, which can be used to attack, break down barriers, or create whirlwinds. The story mode very loosely follows the Land of Waves arc to the Chunin Exam arc.
GBA: Nicktoons - Freeze Frame Frenzy
Characters from many Nickelodeon worlds have been misplaced into each other's worlds. Jimmy Neutron's mission is to fix the situation. He sends out Danny Phantom, Arnold Shortman, SpongeBob SquarePants, Tommy Pickles, Otto Rocket, and Timmy Turner to take photos of the misplaced characters with his new invention, the "Neutrino-Cam 4000", a camera that also functions as a teleporter, which will send them back to their own worlds.
GBA: Pokemon Pinball: Ruby & Sapphire
Pokémon Pinball: Ruby & Sapphire plays similarly to traditional pinball games, using a similar engine to its predecessor, Pokémon Pinball. It features two boards, each themed on either Pokémon Ruby or Sapphire. They have similar layouts, though they feature some differences, the Sapphire table being noted as slightly more annoying due to its setup. The player launches a ball onto the board, at which point it descends towards the bottom of said board. The objective is to ensure that the ball is not lost via the drain. Players must utilize a pair of flippers located right above the drain to hit the ball upward, keeping it from falling for as long as possible. There are two outlanes located on either end of the board where the ball may fall, rendering players helpless. A Pikachu sits at either side of the board, and if players have filled its meter, it serves as a kickback, shooting the ball out of this outlane. The player can also shoot the ball into a mart, from which a power-up can be purchased to cause a Pichu will appear, allowing both outlanes to be blocked. This can assist the player in activating the four circles that sit in both the side slots and flipper paths, shown here spelling out the word ‘hole’. Consequently, a gravity field appears in the central hole that starts a minigame which resembles a slot machine. In the blue field the player is able to utilize a Zigzagoon (shown here on the right side of the board) so that it can pounce on the selected tile and obtain the result. After finishing the Rayquaza bonus stage, a new Start Slot tile appears, which is simply labeled "Arrival", signifying the arrival of a Jirachi. Activating this tile results in a bonus mode similar to Catch 'Em Mode, where the player only has thirty seconds to catch Jirachi. This is the only way to add Jirachi to the Pokédex.

Men in Black: The Series is an action platform video game developed by Tiertex Design Studios and published by Crave Entertainment for the Game Boy Color (GBC) on March 1, 1999.[3] The game is based on the animated television series of the same name.
GBA: James Bond Nightfire
Nightfire features two game modes for use - a single-player mode featuring a variety of missions and focused on the game's story, and a multiplayer mode where players can engage with other players, as well as AI bots. The game operates from a first-person perspective and features a variety of weapons all based on real-life models, but, much like previous games involving James Bond, have alternate names. The game features a similar arrangement to monitoring health as with GoldenEye 007, in that players have a health meter that decrease when they take damage, with the player's character killed when it is fully depleted, though armor can be acquired to absorb the damage during gameplay.

The Muppets: On with the Show! is a 2003 video game produced for Nintendo's handheld gaming system Game Boy Advance and Microsoft's Windows operating system. The game includes a variety of mini-games, which could be played individually (in activity mode) or all mini-games could be played in a certain order. There are also two mini games that have to be unlocked in order to play.
A short backstage scene is usually shown before each game begins, and Statler and Waldorf give their comments after each game is over. On the pause screen, The Newsman gets hit with objects relevant to the current minigame.
GBA: Jackie Chan Adventures: Legend Of The Dark Hand
The game incorporates characters and the broad story arc from the show, but it's centred around a unique subplot.
Jackie Chan is minding his uncle's shop when Dark Hand enforcer Hak Foo breaks in and steals one of eight ancient scrolls that grant kung fu powers. Urged on by Jade and Uncle, he goes across the world to retrieve all eight scrolls before the Dark Hand can use their power for evil.

Lizzie McGuire on The Go was a gameboy advance game released by Disney Interactive in 2003. It is based on the popular tv show character played by Hilary Duff. The game is targeted to a preteen audience of 8-12 year old girls and features both multiplayer and single player options. The 'on the go' in the title refers to the built in PDA system to help the busy girl plan her schedule, keep track of her friends and start her day with a horoscope.
